Early March will see two more chances to see Song of the Suburbs, my BFI Our Screen Heritage film that remixes over 90 years of footage to tell the story of British suburbia. If you're in Newcastle or Milton Keynes, you can catch it here:

MARCH 5th 2026: Farrell Centre, Newcastle
MARCH 7th 2026: MK Gallery in partnership with Pooleyville, Milton Keynes

Both of these will feature a Q&A afterwards with me - the Milton Keynes one will also reunite me with John Grindrod, who did such a great job moderating the Q&A at Manchester Modernist back in December.

As well as hosting the Q&A screening, the Farrell Centre will also be showing the film as part of an exhibition from March 5th until 29th May, so there's lots of chances for Tyneside peeps to see the film!

And these won't be the last Q&A screenings - stay tuned for more dates.
